Filling Out a SunQuest® EX100 Vinyl <strong>Shutter</strong> Order Formthat are ordered with a 4 sided “Trim” or ”Z” frame. For outside mount shutters be sure toadd enough width and height to allow for the frame to clear all sides of the opening. Seesection “E” “Measuring” and section “C” “Clearances” for details.Clear View OptionSpecify "Yes" for this option when you want a hidden tilt bar on the back of the shutter. Thelouvers will be connected to each other in the back and off to the side so they cannot beeasily seen. See section “A” page A6 for an illustration.Mount OptionsRefer to section “C” “Clearances” to make sure that you are accurately specifying the rightoption for the particular opening.Frame OptionsSpecify "Trim” frame, "Z" frame; or mounting strip (MS) for inside mount shutters and "L"or "Casing" frame for outside mount shutters. “L” frames can be specified for inside mountapplications when no decorative flange is desired. See section “A” pages A8 & A9.# of Frame SidesSpecify # of frame sides that you want. It is strongly recommended that a four side frame beused for all window applications. For By-Pass and Bi-Fold track system shutters on slidingglass doors, a 3 sided frame is recommended.Sill Frame OptionSpecify this when you want a bottom frame piece for an inside mount application and thewindow has a protruding sill. The sill frame will sit on top the sill and will be miter cut to fiteither the "Trim" frame or the "Z" frame.Divider Rails<strong>Shutter</strong> panels that are over 60" high will require divider rails. Divider rails can be specifiedon panels that are less than 60" tall. Very Important! The reference point for positioning thedivider rail is different for inside and outside mount shutters. The reference point for aninside mount frame is the sill. The reference point for an outside mount frame is where thebottom of the frame will be. The end point of either configuration will be the center of wherethe divider rail is to be located.
