CSU General Education RequirementsCandidates for a Bachelor’s degree from the CSU System who begin college in the Fall of 2011 shall complete the followingpattern of general education courses encompassing a minimum of 48 semester units. A maximum of 39 of the totalof 48 may be completed at <strong>Skyline</strong> <strong>College</strong>. The remaining nine units must be in the upper division of the degreegranting institution. Of the 39 units that may be taken at <strong>Skyline</strong> <strong>College</strong>, no more than 30 units will be certified in AreasB, C and D combined. Courses used to satisfy the American Institutions requirement may also apply in Area D.
