FOR YOUR INFORMATION—Things you should knowUN stamps used for mailingUnited Nations stamps in UnitedStates denominations are valid for postageonly if mailed at United Nations Headquartersin New York City. Stamps in Swissfranc denominations are valid for postageonly if mailed at the Palais des Nations,Geneva, Switzerland. Stamps in eurodenominations are valid for postage only ifmailed at the Vienna International Centre,Austria.PriceStamps are sold at face value. UN/Geneva and UN/Vienna stamps are soldat U.S. equivalent rates, rounded up to thenearest cent. The U.S. equivalents of theeuro and Swiss franc denomination stampsare subject to fluctuating exchange rates.OrdersAll orders are filled subject to stockavailability. Where specific orders cannotbe filled in their entirety, the balance of thecustomer’s remittance will be credited tohis/her account.Marginal inscriptions (M.I.)The marginal inscription normallyconsists of the United Nations emblemand an appropriate text, in four positionson each sheet.
