Hi-Tech Young Plant NurseryHealthy Young Plants for a Healthy Harvest...

Project from Codema Systems Group4. GRAFTINGAfter 21 days in the greenhouse two containers (one withroot plant and other with cultivar) are brought into workingarea, where they are grafted together by skilled workers. The newly grafted plants are again put in trays. These traysare placed on the containers which are then moved back tothe growing area of the greenhouse for another 7 to 12 daysfor hardening.5. TRANSPLANTINGThe grafted young plants are brought back to the workingarea from the growing area on the rolling containers. Herethe young plants are transplanted from their growing traysinto a block of rockwool or coco block . The containers withthe young plants in the rockwool or coco block are againsent to the growing area of the greenhouse.6. HEALTHY YOUNG PLANTSThe young plants in rockwool or coco blocks are uniformlyspaced (manual or automatic) to provide them with sufficientspace, light and water to grow. The spacing is done inthe working area in order to maintain hygenic conditions ingrowing area and to reduce stess on the plants. Our innovative moving container system helps you to optimisethe internal logistics of the greenhouse and thuscreating a stress free enviornment in the growing area ofthe greenhouse. Our moving container system can help youincrease production per square meter by 25% and reducedrop outs and plant mortality caused due to stress and virusattacks by nearly 80%.
