No exemption is applicable <strong>for</strong> Lab Examination.2. The students are required to apply <strong>for</strong> exemptions through exemption application <strong>for</strong>m. However, no fee(towards exemption fee) will be charged. In case the exemption has been granted earlier as per the old scheme andnow a student requires exemption as per the new scheme, the exemption granted to him earlier will be cancelledand exemption will be granted as per the revised scheme as given above. The points to be noted is that the studentcan avail exemption either as per old syllabus or as per new syllabus but not <strong>for</strong> both.3. The student will be granted exemption in AE61 (Control Engineering)/AC63/AT63 (S<strong>of</strong>tware Engineering) ifhe/she has passed the said papers in Dip<strong>IETE</strong>.
