Compact and quietThe new Weishaupt monarch ®WM-G10 gas burner is compact,powerful and quiet. It is the result offurther development of the legendarymonarch ® series.Advanced fan technologyRight from the earliest developmentalstages of this new burner generation,particular emphasis was placed on acompact, aerodynamic construction andlow noise levels.To realize this goal, completely new airintake and air damper control were developed.The special casing design inconjunction with the new air intake andair damper technology result in an increasedfan pressure and thereforemore power from a compact design.The air damper control is responsible fora linear characteristic even in the lowfiring rate. And in conjunction with thestandard air intake sound absorber, thisensures quieter burner operation.Quick commissioning, easy maintenanceAll WM-G10 burners are shipped outwith an adjustable mixing head. Finaladjustment is to be performed via commissioningprogram in the combustionmanager.All components such as mixing head, airdamper and combustion manager areeasily accessible. Therefore maintenanceand service work can be performedeasily and quickly. The standardhinged flange allows an ideal serviceposition for the burner.Matching to various combustion chambergeometries can be performed directlyon the burner. The flame and theignition process can be observed viathe integrated viewing port.Flexible control capabilityAll WM-G10 burners are available assliding two stage/ modulating versions.This allows flexible control possibilities,which make the burner universallyadaptable to various applications. Withmodulating operation, burner outputcan be matched automatically to the requiredheat demand within its operatingrange.Low NOx operationNOx emissions are even lower thanthose from burners with standard mixinghead.
