The Company reserves the right to terminate your account in case thatyour Web3 account was expired.)5) สําหรับผูที่เปนสมาชิกบริการเสริม Alias Name จะไมสามารถใชไดกับบริการ Web3 สําหรับ International Roaming จะใชไดเมื่อทานมีการทํา Auto Credit หรือAuto Bank กับทางบริษัท ฯ (For those who are already subscribers of Alias Name Service is not available for Web3 Subscribers. For InternationalRoaming Service, Web3 subscribers have to apply Auto Credit or Auto Debit Payment)6) หลังจากที่ฝาย Customer Support ไดเติมชั่วโมงใหกับลูกคาแลวจะทําการจัดสงจดหมายการยืนยันการเติมชั่วโมง ใหลูกคาทางไปรษณียเพื่อใหลูกคาใชเปนหลักฐานอางอิงในการติดตอเขามายังบริษัท ฯ เมื่อมีปญหาเกี่ยวกับบัญชีของตน(After the Customer Support Department has renewed customer’s account , the confirmation letter will be mailed to customer to keep as a referencewhen contacting CS LoxInfo regarding his/her account problem.)7) ในกรณีที่ลูกคาเปลี่ยนชนิดบริการจาก Web 1, Web 2 , Web100หรือ E-mail เปน Web 3 ลูกคาจะสามารถเริ่มบริการ Web 3 ไดเมื่อสิ้นสุด billing cycle แตถาในกรณีที่ลูกคาตองการใชบริการ Web 3 เลยโดยไมรอรอบ billing cycle ลูกคา จะไมสามารถเก็บจํานวนชั่วโมงจากบริการชนิดเกาไวใชไดอีกตอไป และจะตองชําระเงินยอดที่คางชําระใหเปนที่เรียบรอยกอนที่จะเริ่มบริการ Web 3 ได( A customer can begin using the Web 3 Service once his/her normal billing cycles ends. If a customer needs to start Web 3 Service before reachinghis/her billing cycle , the rest of his/her log-in time in the old type of service can not be carried toward the Web 3 and he/she is required to make apayment of previous balance.)บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิตรวจสอบขอมูลของผูซื้อและ/หรือไมอนุมัติการซื้อโดยไมตองชี้แจงใดๆ ขาพเจา (ผูซื้อ) ไดอานและขอรับรองความถูกตองของขอความในใบสั่งซื้อนี้ลงนามโดยผูซื้อ /ผูมีอํานาจลงนามหรือผูรับมอบอํานาจ ( Company has the right to verify Purchaser Information and/or reject the purchasewithout any explanation.
