Sadasivan in the Botany Department, Lucknow University, the birth placeof the Institute of Palaeobotany. A sapling of a legendary scholars tree-Alstoniascholaris R. Br., was also planted in the campus of the Institute.Professor T.S.Sadasivan deliveringthe Memorial Lecture.2
