To generate the Noetix Help File:1. Using SQL*Plus, connect to the database as the Noetix System AdministrationUser. To do this, at the SQL prompt, type the following command:connect /@2. Compile and Publish MicrosoftWinHelp FormatYou will need to compile the Microsoft WinHelp help file using the Noetix Easy HelpWizard and then publish the help file to users.The Noetix Easy Help Wizard, which is installed along with NoetixViews for OracleE-Business Suite Administrator (NoetixViews Administrator), will transfer the NoetixHelp File for Windows source file (.rtf) from the server to the Windows client usingthe File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The wizard will then compile the file, generating theNoetix Help File locally and creating an icon on your desktop.The Noetix Easy Help Wizard can be used if your Windows client and the serverwhere you installed NoetixViews Administrator both use Transmission ControlProtocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and the directory where you installedNoetixViews Administrator is accessible to your FTP server.To transfer and compile the Microsoft WinHelp format:1. Log on to the Windows-based computer where NoetixViews Administrator isinstalled.2. Click Start > All Programs > NoetixViews > EasyHelp Wizard. The Noetix EasyHelp Wizard is displayed.
