G.O. 131-D Reform• SCE, PGE&E, and SDG&E have met and discussed G.O. 131-Dreform since our last meeting in April• There is no uniform support amongst the utilities to support 131-D reform at this time• All three utilities have concerns that 131-D reform could makepermitting and applications of exemptions more difficult• A meeting between Energy and Legal Divisions with all threeutilities may be helpful in seeing if reform can move forward13


SONGS License Renewal Issues• SONGS Units 2 & 3 NRC licenses expire in 2022• SCE intends to file for license renewal funding• If, however, license renewal is not successful or if SONGS shutsdown, replacement generation and transmission will be needed,in place, before shutdown, to maintain local area reliability14
