Anything goes in this class! This instructor led session can<br />

include hi/lo, step, toning and much more. Join our Y leaders<br />

for lots <strong>of</strong> fun and a challenging workout.<br />

Beginner Yoga<br />

Develop a safe and effective practice that suits your unique<br />

needs, temperament, body type, and lifestyle. This class is<br />

suitable for all ages and levels <strong>of</strong> fitness.<br />

Belly Dance<br />

Belly Dance is a low impact form <strong>of</strong> exercise that works on<br />

core muscles and pays particular attention to proper body<br />

alignment and posture. It is a dance <strong>of</strong> joy and celebration<br />

which is an excellent way to lift your spirits, reduce tension<br />

and stress.<br />

Body Blitz (ages 12-15)<br />

This is an active hour that leads attendees who finish the full<br />

course to begin using the gym on their own.<br />

Boot Camp<br />

The training combines running, interval training, and many<br />

other exercises using weights and/or body weight to increase<br />

cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help you get<br />

into a routine <strong>of</strong> regular exercise.<br />

BOSU<br />

BOSU will challenge you and provide a good workout to your<br />

cardiovascular, strength and balance.<br />

Cardiac Maintenance<br />

The Cardiac Maintenance Program is designed to ensure<br />

cardiac rehabilitation patients, as well as those who fall under<br />

a high risk category, have a structured, supervised exercise<br />

program.<br />

Cardio Kick<br />

A jump kicks to the cardiovascular system including elements<br />

<strong>of</strong> boxing and aerobics to provide overall conditioning and<br />

toning.<br />

Cardio & Power<br />

This class is designed to elevate your heart rate as well as<br />

challenge your muscles and mind, using a combination <strong>of</strong><br />

hi/lo aerobics, cardio drills, weights, bands and body bars.<br />

Cycle Fit - Ticket Required<br />

This is a dynamic group cycling class. Suitable for all levels,<br />

this class will challenge your stamina.<br />

Family Fitness *ages 4 and up<br />

Being active together is a great way to bring a family<br />

together. A class designed to cultivate emotional and physical<br />

bonding with in the whole family while participating in a<br />

variety <strong>of</strong> fun group fitness based activities.<br />

Pump and Go<br />

This is a more intense class focusing on specific body parts<br />

and core conditioning. It includes the use <strong>of</strong> hand weights,<br />

tubing, bands, stability balls and steps.<br />

Simple BOSU - Ticket Required<br />

Let’s learn the basic moves in a simple, modified<br />

environment. BOSU basics will challenge you and provide a<br />

good workout to your cardiovascular and core muscles.<br />

Step<br />

This class is designed to work the cardiovascular system using<br />

the step blocks. Basic movements combined to make a fun<br />

and motivating class for all fitness levels.<br />

Tabata and Core<br />

Spice up your workout with tabata intervals; high intensity<br />

training. Then move your focus to core training, essential to<br />

your body’s strength and endurance, stability and<br />

functionality.<br />

Teen Fitness *ages 13-15<br />

This class combines all aspects <strong>of</strong> fitness (cardio, strength,<br />

balance and flexibility) in a fun, interactive group setting, a<br />

great way to try something new with new and old friends.<br />

Yin & Yang Yoga<br />

Yin is slow, quiet, and aims to relax the body and s<strong>of</strong>ten the<br />

connective tissues; a perfect counter-balance to the upbeat<br />

Yang practice <strong>of</strong> creating energy and heat within the body.<br />

Yin Yoga<br />

A calm practice <strong>of</strong> deep release. Long held passive postures<br />

designed to target the joints, bones and connective tissue,<br />

greatly increasing your range <strong>of</strong> motion, and creating more<br />

ease in any style <strong>of</strong> yoga and seated meditation. Energetically,<br />

Yin enhances the flow <strong>of</strong> prana (life force) in the tissues<br />

surrounding the joints, where energy <strong>of</strong>ten stagnates.<br />

Yoga<br />

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, this yoga practice<br />

combines strength and flexibility through movement and<br />

quiet release. Bringing mind and body together as you<br />

practice being the movement.<br />

Zumba<br />

“Leave the work out and join the party” - combining Latin and<br />

international music with effective dance moves.<br />

20-20-20<br />

Using a variety <strong>of</strong> equipment and rotating instructors, this<br />

class is well rounded and functional combining<br />

cardiovascular, muscular and flexibility movements. You will<br />

be in for a versatile workout every time!
