MONITORS COMMAND PANELS10Caccialanza can supply anytype of command and controlpanels for monitors installationor for combined fire fightingsystems.Every panel can be supplied asa standard in execution foroutdoor mounting with protection degree IP54or in explosion proofexecution Eexd/e/i forhazardous areas.Basically the completerange is subdivided in 3model families:Standard modular panelsEvery panel is realized to control and powerthe two basic functions of the monitor (rotationand elevation) and if required a remotecontrolled full/jet spray nozzle or awide/spread deflector.In addition it is possible toextend the control to themonitor pipe supply valve.The panel can be suppliedwith command and controldevices directly built on thefront of it or without local commands but withan additional wall mounting command andcontrol box to be installedwithin a range of 300 mt.from the panel.Standard modular panelEX-Plosion Proof Eexd/iEXECUTIONAll panels are intendedfor outdoor installationwith mechanicalprotection degree IP54 and explosion proofprotection. For all the power panel this isrealized as protection Eexd II T2, with theexception of separateboxes for commandand controls onlywhich are normallyrealized as Eexiexecution.Standard integrated command and controlpanels MSA2 for monitorsA1 and A2 typeMonitors A1 and A2 type,as described in theirtechnical features, areequipped with an innovativesystem of sensors andactuators allowing command and control of alltheir functions bymeans of one singlecable, through whichalso electric powersupply is provded.MSA2 panels aresupplied for connectionof 1 or 2 of A1 or A2monitors, eventuallyequipped also withsection valve.In large plants morepanels can be grouped insynoptic and self standingcommand panels.www.caccialanza.eu
TRAILER MOUNTED MONITORSThe Caccialanza & C. Trailer Mounted Monitorsare designed to be quickly and easilymoved inside industrial areas.The Trailer MountedMonitors are availablein following executions:• with A3/AS3/AU3 typemonitors for flow rates 1.000÷3.000 lt./min.• with A4/AS4/AU4 type monitors for flowrates 2.000÷6.000 lt./min.• with AS6 type monitors for flow rates5.000÷16.000 lt./min.Mobile unit A3 / A4The light and compact trailers allow to movethe monitors in proximity of the fires or of theplants and other objectivesto be cooled, optimizingthe performances(range of jet, heightof jet) of the monitors.Monster A6The system consists of a special trailer suitablefor being towed inside industrial areas, onwhich an electric remote controlled monitor A6with nozzle, complete of all the equipments foroperation both with water and foam, ismounted.Main features of the system are the easy andfast transport, installation and startup possibilities.For this reason the traileris equipped with specialhydraulic remotecontrolled stabilizers,ensuring the perfect stabilityof the system, while the monitor is in operation,on all types of ground, even on ice.The trailer is equipped with brakes, lights andapprooved towing eye and, therefore, can betowed according to international standards.In order to be connectedto the water supply linethe system is equippedwith 4 instant couplingsfor 70 mm. hose reel withUNI or STORZ B75couplings (differentinternational Standards on request).The trailer consists of a single axle, two rubberwheels and a retractable front jack wheel thatensures static support when the trailer is notcoupled with the tractor.A power generator 400Volt /3Phases /50 Hzwith diesel engine, mounted on the trailer,provides power for the monitor movementsand buffer charges the batteries required forthe signalization and control devices.The unit can also be supplied us manualversion.11www.caccialanza.eu
