The list of officer, prepared by the Committee under rule 10 shall be referred to theCommission for their concurrence alcDg with the following particulars, namely:-(a) Gradation list of officers;(b) Particulars of all officers considered suitable for promotion by the Committee asspecified in Appendix II; .(c) Confidential Character Rolls of all officers considered 6uitable by the C;ommittee;(d) The Particulars of Confid~ntial Character Rolls of such officers of the gradation listwho have not been considered by the Committee; and(e) reasons in writing fQr supersession if any, of any officer.Recommenda- U. (1) Every person shall, on appointment to a post in the service, be on. probationfor a period of one year which shall be calculated from the date of actual joining in the posts:Provided that the following pcrio'ds shall nct be included while counting the Period ofprobation, name]y:- -(a) extr(1ordinary leaves;(b) perjod.of unauthorisedabsence;(c) any o~her period hold to be not being on actual duty.(2) The appointing athority may revert an officer to his/her previous post in the serviccduring or at the ~nd ~f the period of his/her probation, if such person fails to work satisfactorilyor is found to otherwJse unfit.(3) The date of completion of the pe~iod of pr.obaticn in each case shall be notifiedby an office order and shall also be recorded ID the ServJCe Book.-~-- ~
