A sharing session at <strong>Jurong</strong> <strong>Shipyard</strong> on the new flexible benefits scheme.During the sessions, employees gained a betterunderstanding of the core and flexible benefitsavailable and how to customise a package of benefitsto suit their needs and those of their family members.To ensure adequate coverage in the event of untowardhealth circumstances, each staff will continue to enjoycore benefits for hospitalisation and surgical insurance,group term life insurance and group personal accidentinsurance. Employees are also empowered to shapetheir flexible benefits by increasing further insurancecoverage or choosing reimbursement on lifestyleexpenses from a menu of options such as healthscreening, vacation travel, self-improvement courses,health club membership and childcare fees. Noted for itsmanagement’s commitment in helping employees lead a healthyand balanced lifestyle, <strong>Jurong</strong> SML was also presented with aPlatinum Award at the ceremony graced by Guest-of-Honour,Dr Amy Khor, Minister of State for Health and Manpower.
