S. - OOS. - 22209, PERIOD JULY 1, 1959 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1960.lITEM NUMBER 47-161SHOP WORK AND RECONDITIONING SERVICE(Work to be performed in contractor's shop)Work will be started on a machine within 48 hours after receipt of an acceptable order and the machine.Reconditioning work is guaranteed for 30 days from date of re-installation. New parts and attachmentswill be furnished at contractor's commercial price list in effect at time service is rendered. Shop workother than reconditioning is guaranteed for ten days from date of re-installation.I. First full hour2. Where repairs are ordered on two or more machineslocated in one or more buildings within walking distance of each other, the charges will be computedfrom the time the serviceman commences work on the first machine until the work is completed on thelast machine. The reasonable time required to go from one machine to another, or one building toanother, shall be considered actual work performed and chargeable to the Government. Actual timeshall include time required to obtain necessary clearance in security areas.
