He also received the 2010 MVC Dr. CharlotteWest Scholar-Athlete Award and the 2010 MVC Emerson ExcellenceAward. A three-time team captain and two-time team MVP,he twice earned the <strong>Indiana</strong> <strong>State</strong> cross country team LeadershipAward while helping <strong>Indiana</strong> <strong>State</strong> to two MVC cross country titlesin his four years. The senior is a three-time member of both theMVC <strong>Cross</strong> <strong>Country</strong> Scholar-Athlete team and the MVC Track & FieldScholar-Athlete team. Incross country, Ramseyer became thefirst female and second Sycamoreto qualify for the NCAA NationalChampionships in 1992 and she duplicatedthe feat again in 1993. Shewas a three-time all-region selection and a two-time academic all-American. She won the conference title in 1990 and 1992 and hersecond-place finish in 1993 helped the Sycamores win the MVCChampionship. On the track, Ramseyer became the first person inleague history to win an event four straight years when she wonthe outdoor 5,000 meters from 1990 to 1993. She holds several <strong>Indiana</strong><strong>State</strong> records including 14:17 in 4K, 17:09 in 5K, and 20:52in 6K. She is a member of the MVC All-Centennial <strong>Cross</strong> <strong>Country</strong>and Track & Field Team and received the MVC Dr. Charlotte WestScholar-Athlete Award in 2005. She was a four-time All-MissouriValley Conference selection in cross country, a three-time All-Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field selection, anda member of the MVC Scholar-Athlete team. Crowder was alsonamed an Academic All-American by the Women’s Intercollegiate<strong>Cross</strong> <strong>Country</strong> Coaches Association (WICCCA) three straight years(2001-2003) and was named to the National Collegiate TrackCoaches Association All-Academic team in 2005. She finished hercollegiate career with a 3.967 grade point average. She was alsodominant in the distance events during both the indoor and outdoortrack & field seasons.
