Hoval’s option range includes a fullyautomated system for transporting pellets. Thefeeder system includes a controller and a suctionturbine which transports the pellets – without generatingdust – from the storage facility directly tothe Hoval BioLyt’s pellets reservoir. The transporttakes only a few minutes and is usually timed tobe done twice daily. The flexible suction systemcan be installed in any way required to connectthe storage and boiler rooms. The fuel is suppliedusing a tanker and is blown into the storageroom. The pellets whichsupply the fuel for the Hoval BioLyt consist of 100% untreated,natural wood. They are manufactured from waste productsof the wood processing industry such as sawdust andshavings. The raw material is pressed into small, cylindricalpellets under high pressure and without the need to usebonding agents. For wood contains lignin, which actsnaturally as a bonding agent to produce the necessarydegree of stability. For comparison, 2 kg of pellets producethe same heat energy as 1 litre of heating oil. Thus a wholeyear’s supply can be stored in a fabric silo or in a pelletsroom. Your fuel supplier can deliver the pellets in sacks orusing a tanker similar to an oil tanker.The Hoval BioLyt – fully automated heating – it’s likemagic. In respect of comfort and ease of operation the HovalBioLyt is comparable with a modern oil or gas heating plant.The modulating burner allows for the output to be smoothlyadjusted to the demand within the performance range of 30%to 100%.
