Section One: Harvest ResultsHarvest Results for 2006-07A total of 165,663 deer were checked in the2006-07 deer season. This is a 25 percent increasefrom the 2005-06 harvest of 132,415. The buckharvest increased 26 percent (90,028) from the2005-06 harvest of 71,253. The doe harvestincreased by 28 percent (47,778 to 61,179).Button buck harvest increased 12 percent (12, 747from the 2005-06 harvest of 11,428).
