REPAIR BASE SCRATCHES AND EDGES<br />
1.<br />
Repair base scratches by melting Polystick into<br />
the damaged part.<br />
2.<br />
Remove excess repair material<br />
with a Panzer file (T0108).<br />
3.<br />
Finish the repair area by sanding with #100<br />
grit sandpaper. If needed, structure or align the<br />
existing structure using the Swix Steel Brush<br />
(T179) and Fibertex T264 orange Aluminium<br />
Oxide.<br />
4.<br />
Edges. If edges have damaged or case hardened<br />
spots, stone the edges with the Swix<br />
Pocket Stone (T0240), coarse side or a coarse<br />
Diamond stone/file (TAA100).<br />
