INVOICING AND PAYMENTWe will send you a bill for the amounts you owe on a monthlybasis; your bill will include a breakdown of how these amountsare calculated.If you have trouble paying your bill please contact us. We willensure that any customer unable to pay their bill can discussoptions with us before we try to recover any outst<strong>and</strong>ingpayment.Bill due dateThe bill date plus 21 days.Late payment feesIf you do not pay your bill within 24 days of the bill due date, youmay be charged a late payment administration fee of $7 or 1% ofthe overdue balance per month, whichever is greater.
