ExteriorTrue to character Mark & Duncan have opted to design a unique outdoor appeal using random timber tones. Blackbutt timberhas been used on the deck, screen and steps. Due to it’s natural variation in timber tone, it gives this area an interesting charmand definite appeal. With the use of Wattyl Weathergard Decking Water-Based stain, these random tones can be accentuated. This is how this look can be achieved:Feature product: Wattyl Weathergard Decking Water-Based Stain – New Merbau (tinted to Kempas)Steps to achieve this unique look:1. All surfaces have been cleaned using Wattyl Weathergard Decking Cleaner once the timber has weathered for 4-6 weeks.2. 2 coats of Wattyl Weathergard Decking Water-Based Stain – New Merbau (tinted to Kempas) has been applied to the timbersurfaces3. To accentuate the random tone colour, an extra coat of Wattyl Weathergard Decking Water-Based Stain has been applied along thefull length of the timber on every second or third board.
