Winter is everywhere.
The blizzard rustles; snow crackles
And a fur-tree captivates with its beauty.
Rustle the winds,
And only the crash of fire flaring in the distance is audible.
I`m sitting silently at a window,
Admiring silently the patterns
Which are on a cold glass.
For a long time without trusting in the Father Frost,
I`ve been waiting impatiently for that hour
When all hands of the clocks will stop,
Whispering that midnight comes
That New Year its possessions passing by,
Grants pleasure to us.
And suddenly about everything forgetting,
From the house the people will run out.
And fireworks lighting,
Admiring a heavenly arch,
All people will recollect the expiring year,
And without harm will accompany it.
And also will meet with a joyful smile on lips
The Year coming, new, long-awaited.
And only kids, in beds falling asleep will not notice
That old year has already passed,
And new one only comes.
