Kate Black, Court Administrator fromLiverpool, organised several visitors to come into school to explain the case of Ali Authur who wascharged with assault. Brian Foreshaw, Crown Prosecutor, Anna O’Hare, Defence Solicitor, andBarbara Ellis, magistrate.The case was acted out by Year 12 Students and the whole year group had to decide the guilt orinnocence of the defendant. Barbara Ellis explained why the defendant was given a “Not Guilty”verdict.
