They providecustomer service, account management, marketing and fulfillment staff whodesign a program for each client.4. Who can participate in the program? All state employees will receive adiscount card and can participate in this program.5. How do I activate my card? Activating your card is easy. Simply log on towww.yes.az.gov and click on the New Work-Life <strong>Program</strong>s link and follow thesesteps:a. Click on the <strong>Employee</strong> <strong>Discount</strong> <strong>Program</strong> linkb. Enter your member ID number (located on the front <strong>of</strong> your card)c. Create your personal account by following the registration instructions.6. What if I don’t have Internet access? If you don’t have Internet access, simplycall 1-800-649-7180 and Access Values staff will be happy to assist you.7. How do I get my discounts? Most merchants require that you present yourmembership card at the time <strong>of</strong> purchase. Occasionally, some merchants alsorequire a printed coupon that you print from the website, so be sure to check theindividual merchant page on the website for specific instructions.8. How do I search for savings? There are several ways to search for savings. T<strong>of</strong>ind participating merchants in your area, log on to www.yes.az.gov, click onNew Work-Life programs link and then click on the <strong>Employee</strong> <strong>Discount</strong><strong>Program</strong>s link and simply enter in your city name or zip code into the box marked“find discounts”, select your category and click “Find”! search results by clicking on “Advanced Search” on the left hand side <strong>of</strong> yourbrowser. This will allow you to search for several specific categories within aspecific area.9. What if a merchant I visited didn’t recognize the program? Every once in awhile, a merchant will appear on the website whose employees are unaware <strong>of</strong> thediscount program. Be sure to let the vendor know you are an Access Valuesmember and show them the Access Values symbol on the back <strong>of</strong> your card. If aparticipating location does not honor your discount, please contact the AccessValues member services team immediately at 1-800-649-7180.10. I don’t see my favorite merchant in the program. What can I do? AccessValues gets some <strong>of</strong> their best leads from members. With the Refer-A-Merchantprogram, members identify businesses where they would most like to save. Oncea location is submitted, the merchant recruitment team goes into action –contacting that business and encouraging it to join the Access Savings program.So be sure to check the website <strong>of</strong>ten to see if your “referred merchant” has beenadded to the program!11. I don’t have Internet access. Can I get a printed directory? Absolutely!Simply contact the Access Values member services team and for a nominalshipping fee, paid by the employee, they will send you a printed directory for yourarea. Since the printed directories are only updated once every quarter, it’spossible that some recently added merchants will not appear in your directory.The website, on the other hand, is updated daily.12. What if I lost my card? It is important to safeguard your card. Replacementscan be requested from the ADOA program administrator for a $5.00 fee.
