In August 1961, the performance was attended by the first President ofIndonesia, Soekarno, and other distinguished guests, including Charlie Chaplin.The Ramayana Pranbanan Ballet’s versatile repertoire spans all-time favorite Javanese heritagemasterpiece arts, drama and dance as well as new premiere performances.
