Voiced forstrong bass with lots of harmonic tone, the versatility and performance of theVB 410 encourages use with any finebass amp head. The VB 410 is constructed usinga premium grade of 12 mm BalticBirch plywood with extensive internalbracing, and is covered with durablepolyurethane HammerHead finish. The cabinet includes a black clothgrille with a wooden plywood frame forthat warm musical “tone”.The four 10” ferrite magnet woofersare designed with that rich basstone in mind. The vented cabinetprovides powerful bass, with everynote propelled forward into themix. The 10” special design woofersare a 32 ohm impedance, so theycan all be wired in parallel; thisassures a minimum of undesirableinteraction between the woofers, ascan happen when they are wired inseries-parallel. A one inch diaphragmdynamic horn tweeter with levelcontrol rounds out the tone adjustingability. A self-resetting protectioncircuit is incorporated into thetweeter crossover to help preventdamage to the horn tweeter due tolong term overload power exposure.Once triggered, it will cut signal tothe tweeter, and once the overloadis removed, it will reset, allowing thetweeter to once again produce output.Inputs include two 1/4 inch inputphone jacks, and one 4-pin twist-lockconnector for maximum flexibility. With a nominal impedance of 8 ohms, and a power handling of 800 wattsprogram and 1600 watts peak, the VB 410 can be used in conjunction with anyreasonably sized bass amp head. Withthe 8 ohm impedance, the VB 410can be easily stacked with a VB 210cabinet, resulting in a 4 ohm total load.Be sure to check the amplifierspecifications to verify the minimumimpedance rating of the amp used topower the stacked pair of speakers.Features and specifications subject tochange without notice.Peavey Electronics Corporation • 5022Hartley Peavey Drive • Meridian, MS • 39305(601) 483-5365 • FAX (601) 486-1278www.peavey.com ©2010 80305246
