Commanders / Leaders• Get to know your soldiers; assess coping skills• Engage with your soldiers when you noticenegative changes in mood or behaviour• Offer appropriate support• Know triggers & warning signs for suicide• Avoid stigmatising mental health• Maintain awareness and vigilance• Encourage participation in SPP training
