The “Authentically Eatalian” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00p.m., Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 26, 2013 and ends at 12:00 a.m., (“ET”) on April 29th, 2013("Promotional Period"). The Promotion is sponsored by MSC Cruises (USA) Inc., 6750 NorthAndrews Avenue, Suite 100, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 (the "Sponsor").Eligibility: Promotion is open to legal residents in the U.S., including D.C, and Canada(excluding Quebec), who has the age of majority in his or her state, territory or province ofresidence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate familymembers and members of the same household) of MSC Cruises (USA) Inc., AmericanSweepstakes & Promotions Co., their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising andpromotion agencies, and any other entities directly associated with this sweepstakes (collectively,“Released Parties”), are also not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.How to Enter: Eligible participants who purchase the Authentically Eatalian menu as part ofAuthentically Eatalian Restaurant Weekend (from April 26-28) can enter the Sweepstakes byfilling out a postcard and providing the filled out postcard to the waiter at the participatingrestaurant. Only one (1) entry per person.All requested information on the postcard form must be completed in order for an entry to beeligible.All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of a participant thatsubmits more than the maximum permitted or who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamperwith, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion.By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.Drawing and Notification: Only one Winner will be selected in a random drawing at theconclusion of each week from all eligible entries received up until the time of each drawing. Allrandom drawings will be conducted by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co. (“theAdministrator”), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in allmatters relating to this Sweepstakes. Each prize Winner will be contacted by the email addressand/or telephone number they provided on their entry form.Prizes: One (1) Winner will receive a 3-day MSC Caribbean cruise for Winner and one (1) guest.Winner may choose from any MSC Divina 3-night Caribbean Cruise subject to availability at timeof confirmation. Each Winner and their guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Thecruise consists of balcony category accommodations for each Winner and their guest, sharing thesame stateroom. The stateroom category will be assigned by Sponsor. All expenses and costsassociated with the acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly specified in theseOfficial Rules as being part of the prize (including without limitation ground transportation, airtransportation, hotel accommodations, shore excursions, travel insurance, laundry service, spatreatments, alcoholic and other beverages, local and long distance telephone calls, ship to shorecommunications including Internet usage, merchandise and souvenirs, incidental expenses,personal onboard expenses and applicable passport, visa and entry/exit fees), government feesand taxes, fuel surcharges, and service charges are the responsibility of each Winner. Ship'sregistry: Panama. The cruise is provided subject to the MSC Cruises Passenger Contract, which

may be viewed at www.msccruisesusa.com. Prize cannot be reassigned or redeemed for cash.Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $600.00. No substitution or transfer of prizeor election of cash in lieu of prize will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its solediscretion to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the eventthat the prize (or any component thereof) is not available.Prize Conditions: The cruise must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intendedtravel dates. Actual dates of the cruise are subject to availability and certain other restrictions.Travel may not occur during cruise ship blackout periods. Each Winner will be required tocomplete and execute an affidavit of eligibility/ compliance/liability release, and, where lawful,publicity release, to be returned within 14 days of the date documents are delivered. Winner’sguest must also execute and return a travel companion liability release form. If a Grand PrizeWinner is under age 21 or otherwise under the age of majority in the jurisdiction where he or sheresides, he or she must be accompanied in the same stateroom by a parent or legal guardianwho must also sign the release form. If a Winner’s guest is under the age of 21, then a parent orlegal guardian must sign their release form. In the event of noncompliance with the OfficialRules, if a Winner cannot be reached at the address/phone number on Winner’s entry within 48hours of the first attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed orundeliverable, an alternate Winner may be selected. Prize Winner and travel companion areresponsible for complying with all conditions for international travel as may be required by lawand airlines, including but not limited to having valid photo ID, a valid passport, and any otherdocuments that may be required. Prize Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal,state and local taxes and/or any other fees/costs associated with the prize or receipt of the prize.If a Canadian citizen wins a Grand Prize, they will be required to answer, unaided, amathematical skill-testing question. The Winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offeredconstitutes permission (except where prohibited by law or Sponsor’s Privacy Policy) for theSponsor to use said Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information,voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or furthercompensation.Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running asplanned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud,technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affectthe administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, theSponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with theentry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part,at any time, without notice and award the Grand Prizes using all non-suspect eligible entriesreceived as of, or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspensiondate, or in any manner that is fair and equitable.
