Press ReleaseMülheim an der Ruhr, February, 27, 2012<strong>Brenntag</strong> <strong>GmbH</strong> <strong>signs</strong> <strong>distribution</strong> <strong>agreement</strong> <strong>with</strong> <strong>OTI</strong>Greentech AG<strong>Brenntag</strong> <strong>GmbH</strong>, the German subsidiary of the world market leader inchemical <strong>distribution</strong> <strong>Brenntag</strong>, has entered into a <strong>distribution</strong> <strong>agreement</strong> <strong>with</strong><strong>OTI</strong> Greentech AG. <strong>Brenntag</strong> <strong>GmbH</strong> is to sell <strong>OTI</strong> Greentech’s innovativeproducts for cleaning oil impurities in Germany.The core points of the <strong>distribution</strong> <strong>agreement</strong> between <strong>OTI</strong> Greentech AG and<strong>Brenntag</strong> <strong>GmbH</strong> relate to the terms and conditions of the production and saleof all <strong>OTI</strong> Greentech’s liquid ECOSOLUT products. The extension of salesactivities to other countries is under construction.<strong>OTI</strong> Greentech has a patented portfolio of eco-friendly and highly efficientpurification and separation products for removing oil contamination. These socalled “green chemicals” can be used for the removal as well as the recoveryof oil residues.<strong>Brenntag</strong> <strong>GmbH</strong> has been blending and formulating <strong>OTI</strong> Greentech AG’s liquidproducts on the company’s behalf since 2007; the inclusion of the new,innovative <strong>OTI</strong> products in <strong>Brenntag</strong>’s extensive <strong>distribution</strong> network marks anew form of partnership for the companies.The sales activities conducted by <strong>Brenntag</strong> <strong>GmbH</strong> in Germany will focus onthe refinery sector, the shipping industry, tank cleaning services, power plantoperators and industrial cleaning companies.
