If problems do occur we willrapidly rearrange your itinerary tomake best use of your time given thechanged circumstances, not simplycancel part of your trip or leave yousitting in an airport waiting for hoursfor a rescheduled flight. Importantly, inthese situations we will do everythingpossible to minimise any extra costsinvolved – in the vast majority of casesno extra charges will be made.
