Advanced Technical Support Center PragueSchneider Electric, Power EMEASThámova 13, CZ-186 00, Prague, Czech RepublicName of the position: L2 PLC Techncial Support SpecialistAdvanced Technical Support consists of providing Product support at advanced level oriented on SchneiderElectric Industry Automation, bringing technical expertise and developing solutions to automation technicalproblems. Wide understanding of Schneider Electric products, solutions and engineering concepts is a key factor tosuccessful service.TSC Prague is responsible to provide support and services for EMEAS Schneider Electric entities and selectedEnd users during design, testing, installation and commissioning of Schneider Electric systems.Key Responsibilities:• Solve technical cases for designated portfolio product within fixed timeframes.• Understand, evaluate and reproduce received technical question, determine the causes and convey thesolution to reported problem.• Build internal knowledge base open for the team.• Maintain our web site and keep it up to date for all customers.• Deliver Resolutions and FAQs to improve knowledge of supported entities.• Provide technical trainings on request to supported countries and less experience team colleagues.• Ready to assist on onsite interventions when solving non standard or critical cases.• Use official Schneider Electric CRM tools for cases registration and communication.• Develop relation with superior Technical support teams and Product departments and ease knowledgeexchange to bring higher efficiency to provided support.• Build your working environemnt and facilitate existing tools.Product Portfolio:• PLC: - TSX Quantum, Momentum, Compact, Premium, M340• PLC pratforms: Unity Pro, Concept• Industrial Communication: Modbus, CANopen, ProfibusDP, Modbus TCP/IP, EthernertCore competencies:• Excellent knowledge of PLC problematic, concepts and principals.• Detailed understanding of Portfolio products, ability to deliver “out of manual” solutions.• Experience in PLC programming.• Some years experience in project delivery or on-field.• Wide understanding of Schneider Electric products, solutions and engineering concepts.• Selfmotivation and abilty to deliver your own solutions.• Customer Interaction skills, ability to communicate effectively (English only).• Teamwork spirit.• IT environment knowledge.• Ability to synthesize and share knowledge.• Ability to express oneself clearly.Schneider Electric CZ, s. r. o., Thámova 13, 186 00 Praha 8Zákaznické centrum - tel.: +420 382 766 333, fax: +420 382 215 820, e-mail: info@cz.schneider-electric.comIČO: 60467550, DIČ: CZ60467550.
