Appendix 3 – Recommendations PendingFinal Action After 6 MonthsAfter we have agreed to the course of action USAID managers have proposed to address an OIGrecommendation, we track the implementation of the actions. When the Agency confirms thatcorrective actions have been taken, we consider that USAID has taken final action on therecommendation and that it is closed. In some cases, we conduct follow-up audits and reviews toverify that corrective actions were taken and that they have had the intended effect of improvingAgency programs and operations.Final action had been pending for 6 months or longer on the following recommendations as ofJune 30, 2012.
