Creating a Rhythm SetCutoff V-Sens (Cutoff Velocity Sensitivity)Use this parameter when changing the cutoff frequency to beapplied as a result of changes in playing velocity. If you wantstrongly played notes to raise the cutoff frequency, set thisparameter to positive (+) settings. If you want strongly played notesto lower the cutoff frequency, use negative (-) settings.Value: -63– +63Resonance V-Sens(Resonance Velocity Sensitivity)This allows keyboard velocity to modify the amount of Resonance. Ifyou want strongly played notes to have a greater Resonance effect, set this parameter to positive (+) settings. If you want stronglyplayed notes to have less Resonance, use negative (-) settings.Value: -63– +63TVF EnvF-Env Depth (TVF Envelope Depth)Specifies the depth of the TVF envelope. Higher settings will causethe TVF envelope to produce greater change. Negative (-) settingswill invert the shape of the envelope.Value: -63– +63F-Env V-Curve (TVF Envelope Velocity Curve)Selects one of the following 7 curves that will determine howkeyboard playing dynamics will affect the TVF envelope. Set this to“FIXED” if you don't want the TVF Envelope to be affected by thekeyboard velocity.Value: FIX, 1–7fig.06-036F-Env T4 V-Sens(TVF Envelope Time 4 Velocity Sensitivity)The parameter to use when you want key release speed to controlthe Time 4 value of the TVF envelope. If you want Time 4 to bespeeded up for quickly released notes, set this parameter to apositive (+) value. If you want it to be slowed down, set this to anegative (-) value.Value: -63– +63F-Env Time 1–4 (TVF Envelope Time 1–4)1 , 2 , 4Specify the TVF envelope times (Time 1– Time 4). Higher settingswill lengthen the time until the next cutoff frequency level isreached. (For example, Time 2 is the time over which Level 1 willchange to Level 2.)Value: 0–127F-Env Level 0–4 (TVF Envelope Level 0–4)Specify the TVF envelope levels (Level 0–Level 4). These settingsspecify how the cutoff frequency will change at each point, relativeto the standard cutoff frequency (the cutoff frequency valuespecified in the TVF screen).Value: 0–127fig.06-037.eCutoffFrequencyT1 T2 T3 T4L0L1Note onL2L3Note offL43Time1 2 3 4 5 6 7F-Env V-Sens(TVF Envelope Velocity Sensitivity)Specifies how keyboard playing dynamics will affect the depth of theTVF envelope. Positive (+) settings will cause the TVF envelope tohave a greater effect for strongly played notes, and negative (-)settings will cause the effect to be less.Value: -63– +63T: Time L: LevelF-Env T1 V-Sens(TVF Envelope Time 1 Velocity Sensitivity)This allows keyboard dynamics to affect the Time 1 of the TVFenvelope. If you want Time 1 to be speeded up for strongly playednotes, set this parameter to a positive (+) value. If you want it to beslowed down, set this to a negative (-) value.Value: -63– +6393
