Normally,the Originating Agency Identifier, ORI, of the agency that captured the image willbe contained in this field. The SRC shall be defined by the user and be inaccordance with the receiving agency.18.5 Field 14.005: Fingerprint capture date / FCDThis mandatory ASCII field shall contain the date that the image contained in therecord was captured.
