7. Hold the handle, the equipment begins to heat. Adjust the knob of airflow inorder to set proper air volume, operate normally when temperature is stable.8. Put the handle back on the holder after work, the SMD station switched fromheating mode to cooling - off mode automatically. When the temperature islower than 100℃, the station switching to standby mode.9. Switch the power off and unplug the power cord if there has no operation for along time.AttentionPlease set up the temperature as lower as possible in high airflow volume as toprolong heating element service life and better IC chips protection.Setting up Temperature1. Press “▲”or “▼”button to set up the temperature, the screen displays thesetting temperature.2. Press “▲” once the temperature degree increase 1℃, and the screen displaysthe setting temperature.Press “▼” once the temperature degree decrease 1℃,and the screendisplays the setting temperature.When press the “▲”or “▼” button continuously, the temperature willincrease or decrease rapidly, after the button is released, the screendisplays temperature for two seconds and displays setting temperatureor display “- - -“ for standby mode.5

Note: Explanation of SymbolsA. “- - -“represents the temperature is lower than 100℃ in standby mode,and the handle put on the holder.B. “S-E” represents the switch turned on but the connector of heat gun did notconnect to the station properly or the sensor of heat gun damaged, pleasereplace a new heat gun.Terms of use1. The air outlet and its surrounding area may be very hot. Be cautious of scald.2. The heating handle shall not be put on the working table or other placeexcept its holder.3. Please keep the air outlet unblocked.4. Place the heating handle on its holder after the work, and keep it coolnaturally and turn into standby mode, then switch the power off.5. The distance between the air outlet and the object shall be no less than 2mm.6. Choose suitable nozzle in accordance with working requirements. Differentnozzles may have different temperatures.Fuse replacementWhen fuse is blown, replace with the same type of fuse. (see below picture)1. Unplug the power cord from the power receptacle.2. Basic troubleshooting guideWARNINGTo avoid personal injury or equipment damage, disconnect power cord beforemaking any servicing to the equipment.Problem 1: The unit has no power / display does not light up.1. Check if the unit is switched ON.2. Check the fuse, replace with the same type of fuse if blown.3. Check the power cord and make sure there is no disconnection.4. Verify that the unit is properly connected to the power source.5. Check if local voltage matches the product requirement.Problem 2: The temperature of the SMD station is not rising.Description: Display lights up but the temperature of heat gun is relative low andnot heating up.Solution: heat gun cord or heating element may be damaged, please replacea new heat gun.Problem 3: Heat gun temperature is intermittent.Description: Display lights up but the heat gun temperature rises and fallsuncontrollably.The temperature is less than 50℃, and no longer heating up whenat the working。Solution:** Heat gun plug may be loose from the receptacle, unplug the heat gun andre-attach** Heat gun cord or heating element may be damaged, please replace newheat gun.7

冷 卻 發 熱 體 模 式 , 當 溫 度 低 於 100℃ 拆 焊 台 進 入 待 機 狀 態 。9、 長 期 不 操 作 , 須 關 閉 電 源 開 關 。注 意 ..在 能 完 成 作 業 的 情 況 下 , 儘 量 使 用 低 的 溫 度 和 大 的 風 量 , 這 樣 有 助 於 拆 焊 台 發 熱 體的 壽 命 及 拆 焊 台 內 IC 晶 片 安 全 。七 、 設 置 溫 度* 在 通 電 狀 態 下 , 按 “▲” 或 “▼” 鍵 , 溫 度 顯 示 視 窗 會 顯 示 設 定 的 溫 度 。* 按 一 次 “▲” 鍵 , 則 設 定 溫 度 上 升 1℃, 顯 示 視 窗 顯 示 設 定 溫 度 : 按 一 次 “▼” 鍵 , 則設 定 溫 度 下 降 1℃; 若 按 住 “▲” 或 “▼” 鍵 不 放 , 則 溫 度 迅 速 上 升 或 下 降 。 釋 放 按 鍵 後 ,顯 示 視 窗 顯 示 設 定 溫 度 兩 秒 鐘 後 , 顯 示 實 際 溫 度 或 顯 示 “- - -” 進 入 待 機 狀 態 。顯 示 符 號 說 明 :A. 顯 示 :“- - -”, 表 示 出 風 口 溫 度 低 於 100℃, 拆 焊 台 進 入 待 機 狀 態 , 手 柄 擱 置 在手 柄 架 上 。B. 顯 示 “S—E”, 表 示 開 機 後 熱 風 槍 尚 未 連 接 至 拆 焊 台 或 熱 風 槍 的 感 測 器 有 問 題 ,若 為 感 測 器 問 題 則 需 要 更 換 新 熱 風 槍 。八 、 拆 焊 台 使 用 須 知1. 熱 風 拆 焊 台 出 風 口 及 周 邊 可 能 有 極 高 溫 度 , 應 小 心 謹 慎 , 謹 防 燙 傷 。2. 加 熱 手 柄 必 須 放 置 在 手 柄 架 上 , 決 不 能 放 置 工 作 臺 面 或 其 他 地 方 。3. 請 保 持 出 風 口 通 暢 , 不 能 有 阻 塞 物 。4. 工 作 完 畢 , 必 須 把 加 熱 手 柄 防 止 在 手 柄 架 上 , 讓 機 器 自 動 冷 卻 至 100℃ 以 下 ( 進入 待 機 狀 態 ) 才 能 關 閉 電 源 開 關 。5. 使 用 時 出 風 口 與 物 件 之 距 離 最 少 是 2 毫 米 , 以 出 風 口 計 算 。6. 根 據 工 作 需 求 , 選 用 合 適 的 風 嘴 , 不 同 的 風 嘴 , 溫 度 可 能 略 有 差 別 。13

九 、 更 換 保 險 絲當 有 誤 用 的 狀 況 而 造 成 保 險 絲 燒 斷 時 , 可 以 自 行 更 換 新 的 保 險 絲 , 以 一 字 起 子 拆 下電 源 座 下 方 保 險 絲 座 後 , 裝 上 新 的 保 險 絲 再 裝 回 保 險 絲 座 即 可 。基 本 故 障 排 除 說 明警 告為 避 免 使 用 者 受 傷 及 產 品 損 壞 , 在 進 行 檢 查 前 請 先 移 除 插 頭 .問 題 1: 產 品 沒 有 電 源 或 溫 度 顯 示 器 無 法 顯 示1. 請 檢 查 產 品 是 否 有 打 開 電 源 。2. 請 檢 查 保 險 絲 , 若 保 險 絲 燒 壞 請 更 換 新 保 險 絲 。3. 請 檢 查 電 源 線 連 接 是 否 正 常 。4. 確 定 產 品 電 源 線 是 正 確 的 插 在 插 座 。5. 請 檢 查 當 地 電 壓 是 否 符 合 產 品 指 標 。問 題 2: 熱 風 槍 溫 度 無 法 上 升現 象 : 溫 度 顯 示 器 有 顯 示 溫 度 , 但 熱 風 槍 溫 度 未 達 設 定 相 對 溫 度 或 並 未 加 熱 .解 決 方 法 : 熱 風 槍 電 線 或 發 熱 芯 可 能 毀 損 , 請 更 換 新 熱 風 槍 。問 題 3: 熱 風 槍 溫 度 顯 示 不 正 常現 象 : 無 法 控 制 溫 度 上 升 或 下 降 。當 工 作 時 , 顯 示 溫 度 小 於 50℃, 並 不 再 升 溫 。解 決 方 法 :** 熱 風 槍 插 座 可 能 鬆 脫 , 請 拔 下 熱 風 槍 插 座 再 重 新 插 上 。** 熱 風 槍 電 線 或 發 熱 芯 可 能 毀 損 , 請 更 換 新 熱 風 槍 。14
