Schedule 1Definitions and InterpretationA reference to paragraph in this Schedule is, unless otherwise stated, a reference to aparagraph in this Schedule1 DefinitionsIn this Agreement and in the Recitals and Schedules the following words andexpressions unless the context otherwise requires shall have the meanings hereinafterspecified that is to say:“1961 Act” means the Land Compensation Act 1961“1965 Act” means the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965“1973 Act” means the Land Compensation Act 1973“1981 Act” means the Acquisition of Land Act 1981“1990 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990“the 2000 Act” means the Freedom of Information Act 2000“the 2004Regulations”“the Access Road”“Blight Notice”“the Borough”“the Broadway OptionAgreement”the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 togetherwith any guidance and/or codes of practice issued inrelation to themmeans the unregistered land, believed freehold, providingaccess to and egress from the rear of numbers 30-52(inclusive) Goldhawk Road, Shepherds Bush, LondonW12 and coloured blue on Plan 1 for the purposes ofidentification only being land forming part of the CPOLandsmeans a notice validly served under the provisions ofsection 150 of the 1990 Actmeans the area comprising the London Borough ofHammersmith and Fulhammeans the call option agreement dated 9 th September 2011and made between (1) Broadway Homelessness andSupport and (2) Orion Shepherds Bush (no.2) Limitedunder which Orion Shepherds Bush (no.2) Limited isentitled to opt to buy the Broadway Property fromBroadway subject to its provisionsL1.040-CPO-CPOIA.v2.26Page 89
