The Developer is seeking, as a matter of fair policy, to negotiate asettlement with each leasehold and freehold owner in order that compulsoryacquisition can be avoided, and attempts to acquire interests by agreementremain on-going.7.3 In addition, the Developer has visited each leasehold and freehold propertyindividually for the purpose of discussing the regeneration process and toprovide an opportunity for leaseholders and freeholders to ask questions andgain further information. Further details were sought through the issue offormal Requests for Information (RFI).7.4 The Council has required the Developer to offer a number of differentacquisition and relocation options to freehold and leasehold owners In thecase of Goldhawk Road.
