Theimprovements are part of the 2012/13 neighbourhood programme,funded by Transport for London.Funding has been provided specifically for this project by Transportfor London and it has been designed on the basis of maximisingvalue for money, reducing the costs to the council of maintenanceand repairs, de-cluttering the street environment, and maximisingresidents’ parking.Phase 1 of the works included de-cluttering and accessibilityimprovements and has already been approved at TTCM on 11 June2012.This report details the second phase to be approved.
