It is expected thatBroadway will manage this facility under its Supporting Peoplecontract (currently extended by 3 years to November 20<strong>15</strong>) withsome of its services to its wider homeless client group beingrelocated to new premises elsewhere in the borough.As with the LUL land this site will be included in the CPO to securethe Council's ability to assemble the whole regeneration site.d. The former Laundry Site on Pennard Road – London Borough ofHammersmith & FulhamOSBL has also entered into an option agreement with the Councilto acquire the former laundry site, subject to planning permissionbeing obtained, which has now been granted. The council acquiredthis site in 20<strong>10</strong> from Octavia Housing after the Westfield AffordableHousing obligation was allocated to an alternative site.As with the LUL land this site will be included in the CPO to securethe Council's ability to assemble the whole regeneration site andextinguish any interests which could frustrate the project.e. Lime Grove HostelNegotiations with NHHT have yet to secure a formal agreement forthe proposed refurbishment of the hostel to relocate the Broadwayfacility. Officers have not been able to identify any other potentialrelocation site for the facility. The availability of the Lime GroveHostel is therefore seen as an important element of the overallregeneration project in particular to the social well being of thepresent and potential future residents of that facility. It is considerednecessary to include this site in the CPO to secure the Council'sability to assemble the whole regeneration site.f. Third Party LandsAs set out in the October 20<strong>10</strong> Cabinet report there are furtherinterests within and outwith the regeneration site boundary that it isnecessary to acquire in order to fully assemble the regenerationsite, including the 12 units on Goldhawk Road, the service road tothe rear of that parade and a group of private units at the northernend of the Market. In addition there are certain other interests (e.g.substations) and incorporeal rights (e.g. easements, restrictivecovenants and rights to light) that need to be acquired orextinguished to secure the Council’s ability to assemble the wholePage 487
