That Cabinet agrees that the fourconditions set out in the reportconsidered by Cabinet on 14 October2010 have now been met.2. That Cabinet considers that theproposed scheme for the regenerationof the Shepherds Bush Market areawill contribute to the achievement oftheeconomic, social andenvironmental wellbeing of the area.3.
