Building a Housing Ladder of Opportunity – Housing Allocation SchemeAnnex 1 - Sizes of HomesThis annex sets out the size of a property a household successfully applying for home canexpect. The Council will not offer a home that is larger or smaller than the identified need. Theofficer concerned may suggest that the household size is reduced through adult childrenand/or non dependents household members being required to make their housingarrangements elsewhere.
