There has been intensive work byChildren’s Services and other agencies, with continued focus on strengthening practice, thresholds, and improving participation.There remains a continued need for vigilance to prevent long term delay and ensure interventions are earlier.The report has considered the quality of partnerships between agencies, which underpins good safeguarding practice.
