• In order to reduce length of time children are subject of plans the CP Plans have needed to be SMART and focus onoutcomes. The CP conference summary needs to include original reasons for concern and with focus on risk.• There has been challenge from chairs with agencies where there are problems in attendance or in providing reports forconferences.
