They have also establishedLead GP forums to ensure all practicesacross the borough have up to dateinformation.All of the providers contributed to theinspectionTraining programmes had beensuccessful in significantly improving thelevels of staff up to date withsafeguarding knowledge within all theproviders.CLCH has developed the data collectionto enable analysis of contribution toconferences by health visitors andschool nurses. SafeguardingDesignated professionals.Work is currently being doneto ensure that safeguardingremains secure once the PCTceases to exist in April 2013.For the Tri-borough LSCB aDesignated Doctor and Nursewill continue to act asadvisers. Health will alsocontinue to chair the childdeath overview Panel andcontribute to all sub groups.Changes to the safeguardingstructure have taken placewithin WLMHT with a LeadDirector in place forsafeguarding.In CLCH a Head ofsafeguarding has beenrecruited to oversee the workacross the whole Trust. Thishas strengthened the impact ofsafeguarding issues within theTrust.11
