The scrutinyreport contains 20 recommendations to theCabinet, Council and Thames Water. TheCabinet’s draft Executive Response is attachedat Appendix 1.The scrutiny report (attached at Appendix 2)summarises the findings of a scrutiny inquirycarried out between January to July 2012, whichreceived evidence from a range of stakeholdersand expert witnesses, as well as from a wideronline public consultation.The draft Executive Response to the scrutinyreport has been drawn up in consultation withthe Cabinet Member for Transport and TechnicalServices.The Executive Response provides the executivedecisions in respect of the scrutinyrecommendations, whereby the Cabinet isinvited to either agree, reject or amend eachrecommendation.Wards: ALLPage 147
