Every player on the bench must enter the game, replacing the players on the court. NOEXCEPTIONS.Dress: SHIN GUARDS AND SNEAKERS are MANDATORY!! Jerseys are to be worn on top of allclothes and tucked in. Shin Guards are to be under socks. Tennis Shoes must be worn. NO JEWELRYALLOWED.Start of Game: Kick off from the center with opponents at least 2 yards away.Ball in/out of play: The whole ball must be over the line.Drop Ball: No drop ball. Team with possession at the time of stoppage of play will maintain possessionand have a Free Kick to start play.Off-Sides: There are no off-sides.Fouls: All Fouls will result in a Free Kick. More coaching of rules should be provided at the younger ages. oThe team captain is the sole representative for his/her team. The captain has the right toask the referee for the rules before the game starts. If there is a dispute all calls are finalfor that game, and will be discussed over the phone with a director. The decision is finalfor the purpose of that game. During any protest, time on the game clock continuesto run, except for the last two minutes of each half.Method of ScoringA goal is scored when the whole ball has passed over the goal line, between the goal posts and under thecrossbar, provided that no infringement of the rules has been committed previously by the team scoringthe goal. If the Official's whistle sounds before the ball passes fully into the goal, the goal shall not beallowed. Corner KickA Corner Kick is a method of restarting play.o A goal may be scored directly from a Corner Kick, but only against the opposing team.Opponents must be five yards from the ball A Corner Kick is awarded when;o The whole ball, having last touched a defending player, passes over the out of boundsline in the corner of the field.Forfeit Games must start with at least three players per team. Any team that cannot field three playerswithin 10 minutes of the scheduled start time shall forfeit the game. Forfeit scores will be recorded as 3-0Individual SportsmanshipAny player who is ejected (Red Card) or receives two Yellow Cards (= to Red Card), in the same game,will not be eligible to participate in their team’s next scheduled contest. It is required that theseindividuals contact the i9 Sports office to distinguish, based upon the ejected player’s actions, whether ornot further action may be taken. Individual points for sportsmanship will be assessed as follows:Red Card = 2 PointsYellow Card = 1 PointAny participant earning two (2) points in consecutive contests may face suspension in their nextscheduled contest and/or placed on probation for the remainder of the season.Any participant earning three (3) points will be placed on probation for the remainder of the season. Everysportsmanship point received by that player during the probation period will be upgraded to the next pointlevel. For example, if a player on probation should receive a conduct warning, that player must serve aone game suspension. Also, if a player who is on probation should receive an ejection, they aresuspended at minimum for the rest of the season and possibly indefinitely. Any participant earning four(4) points will be suspended for the remainder of that season and for the next season.MISCELLANEOUS REGULATIONS1.) When a game is being officiated by a referee, all calls are final. Offensive language and excessivearguing with the referees will result in ejection from the league or tournament.2.) Unless otherwise notified, all printed schedules are operative only through the first game for allseasons.3.) A player must leave the game when an abrasion has flowing blood. Once the flow has stopped andthere is no chance of blood contacting other players, the player with the abrasion may re-enter.4.) The correct information about the person’s height, weight, and skill level should be as accurate aspossible, any wrong information submitted to get ahead of the competition will be terminated.5.)
