(2) The costs of criminal proceedings shall be collected ex officio by force for the benefitof the budget. The costs of the forcible collection shall be paid out in advance frombudget funds.(3) Where a measure of confiscation of objects has been pronounced in the judgement,the court which pronounced the penalty in the first instance shall decide whether to sellsuch objects pursuant to provisions on enforcement proceedings, or to transfer them to acriminology museum or other institution, or to destroy them. Proceeds of any sales shallgo towards the budget of the judiciary.(4) The provision of paragraph 3 of this Article shall be applied accordingly in respect ofdecisions on the confiscation of objects pursuant to Article 512 of this Code.(5) Final decisions on confiscation of objects may be changed in civil litigation if adispute appears concerning ownership of objects, apart from the case of reopeningcriminal proceedings or a request for the protection of legality or a request to review thelegality of a final judgement.Article 189(1) Unless specified otherwise by this Code, rulings shall be executed when theybecome final. Orders shall be executed immediately unless the authority which issuedthem decides otherwise.(2) Rulings become final when they are not appealable or where no appeal is allowed.(3) Rulings and orders, unless specified otherwise, are executed by the authorities whichissued them. Where a court has decided on the costs of criminal proceedings by aruling, the costs shall be collected pursuant to the provisions of Article 188 paragraphs 1and 2 of this Code.Article 190(1) Decisions on cases where doubt appears about the permissibility of the execution ofa court decision or on the calculation of a penalty, or where a final judgement has noprovision for counting in time spent in detention or time served, or the calculation has notbeen performed correctly, shall be rendered by a special ruling by the president of thechamber of the court which adjudicated in the first instance. Appeals do not stayexecution of rulings, unless specified otherwise by the court.(2) Where during an execution doubts appear in connection with the interpretation of acourt decision, the president of the chamber which rendered the final decision shall rulethereon.Article 191When an indemnification claim decision becomes final, the aggrieved party may requestthe court which adjudicated in the first degree to issue him a certified copy of thedecision specifying that the decision is enforceable.
