(7) The recording shall be kept in the court for as long as the criminal file is kept.(8) The investigating judge may allow participants in the proceedings who have ajustifiable interest to make an audio recording of the conduct of the investigatory action.(9) The recordings referred to in the preceding paragraphs of this Article may not beshown in public without written authorisation of the parties and participants in therecorded action.Article 180Provisions of Articles 312 to 315 of this Code shall also apply to the record of the trial.Article 181(1) A separate record shall be made of the deliberation and voting.(2) The record of the deliberation and voting shall contain the course of the voting andthe decision made.(3) This record shall be signed by all the members of the chamber and the recorder.Dissenting opinions shall be attached to the record of the deliberation and voting, unlessthey are entered in the record.(4) The record of the deliberation and voting shall be sealed in a separate cover. Thisrecord may be examined only by a higher court ruling on a legal remedy which is in thatcase required to seal the record again in a separate cover and specify on the cover thatit had examined the record.Chapter XIITIME LIMITSArticle 182(1) Time limits prescribed by this Code may not be extended, except where explicitlyallowed by this Code. Where a time limit prescribed by this Code for the purpose ofprotecting the rights of the defence and the other procedural rights of the accusedperson is concerned, such time limit may be shortened if the accused person sorequests in writing or states so orally for the record before the court.(2) Where a statement must be given within a prescribed time limit, it shall be deemedmade if it is delivered to the person authorised to receive it before the expiry of the timelimit.(3) Where a statement is sent through the post by registered mail or by telegraph, thedate of delivery to the post office is deemed the date of delivery to the person to whom itwas addressed. Delivery to a military post office in places where there exists no regularpost office is deemed as delivery to the post office by registered mail.
