law) shall be applied to persons who have by the effective date of this Code submittedrequests for extraordinary mitigation of penalties and requests for reviewing the legalityof final judgements.If the time limit for submitting requests for reviewing a final judgement had not expired bythe effective date of this Code, and a request is submitted by the expiry of the prescribedtime limit, proceedings in connection with the request shall be conducted according tothe provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code (Official Gazette of the FRY, Nos. 70/01and 68/02 and Official Gazette of the RS, Nos. 58/04, 85/05, 115/05, 49/07 and 20/09 –other law).Article 147Persons who had by the effective date of this Code gained the status of cooperatingwitness shall be subject to the application of the legal provisions on cooperatingwitnesses which were in force at the time the status was acquired.Article 148Until the Supreme Court of Cassation begins operation, the activities of that courtprescribed by this Code shall be transacted by the Supreme Court of Serbia.Article 149On the effective date of this Code, the Criminal Procedure Code (Official Gazette of theRS, Nos. 46/06, 49/07 and 122/08) shall be revoked.Article 150This law shall enter into force on the eighth day from the date of its publication in theOfficial Gazette of the Republic of Serbia.Independent Article of the Law on Revisions of the Criminal ProcedureCode(Official Gazette of the RS, No. 76/2010)Article 3This law shall enter into force on the eighth day from the date of its publication in theOfficial Gazette of the Republic of Serbia.
