authorities, for the purpose of collecting evidence and identifying persons involved in thecommission of a criminal offence.(2) The measure referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article and the manner ofimplementing the measure are implemented by the internal affairs authorities or otherpublic authorities designated by the Republican Public Prosecutor or other publicprosecutor whose competences cover the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia.(3) Controlled deliveries shall be implemented with the consent of the competentauthorities of the interested states and based on a principle of reciprocity, in accordancewith ratified international agreements, in which the content of the measure is describedin detail.(4) The measure referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article may be undertaken if thedetection and deprivation of liberty of suspects involved in the commission of thecriminal offences referred to in Article 504a of this Code would not be possible in otherways, or would be very difficult, especially in the cases of unlawful trafficking innarcotics, weapons and other objects arising from the commission of criminal offencesor which serve for the commission of criminal offences.(5) Unless prescribed otherwise by international agreement, the measures referred to inparagraph 1 of this Article shall be implemented if the competent authorities of the statesthrough which the unlawful or suspect consignments are passing have previouslyreached agreement on the following:1) that certain unlawful or suspect consignments enter and exit, or traverse theterritory of the domestic state;2) that the transportation and delivery of unlawful or suspect consignmentswould be constantly monitored by the competent authorities of the state onwhose territory they are located;3) that actions would be undertaken for the purpose of criminal prosecution ofall persons participating in the delivery of unlawful or suspect consignments;4) that the competent public authorities of other states would be regularlyinformed of the course and outcome of the criminal proceedings against thoseaccused of the criminal offences which were the subject of the controlleddelivery.(6) The Republican Public Prosecutor, or other public prosecutor whose competencescover the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia, shall determine the manner ofimplementing the measure referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.(7) Following completion of the measure referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, anauthorised official of interior affairs authority or other public authority shall submit to theRepublican Public Prosecutor, or other public prosecutor whose competences cover theentire territory of the Republic of Serbia, a report which contains: data on the times ofcommencement and termination of the measure, data on the official implementing the
